Free delivery is available across London and within a 50-mile radius of the city.

For delivery beyond 50 miles but within a 100-mile radius, a £50 delivery fee applies, with estimated delivery within 5–7 working days.

Customers located over 100 miles from London will incur an £80 fee, with delivery expected within 5–10 working days.
Delivery Coordination
Our delivery team will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. Please ensure someone is present to receive and check the item.
Important Delivery Notes

Providing an accurate delivery address is the customer's responsibility.

If your floor does not have a lift, and you're on the third floor or above, a £10 fee per floor applies. This fee is charged by the courier, not ND & JD Furniture.

If a delivery is refused, the associated delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

If a delivery address change is required after dispatch, a new courier fee will be charged to reschedule the delivery.

If your order has already been dispatched within the 24-hour window, return courier charges will be your responsibility.

ND & JD Furniture offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind within this period, you can return the item. Once it is received and inspected at our return depot, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 working days.
We also offer courier collection services for returns. Fees vary based on item type and delivery location.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
