At ND & JD Furniture, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery should you wish to return an item. If you've had a change of heart, simply return the product to the designated return address. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We also offer a collection service through our courier partners. Charges for this service vary depending on the item size and delivery location (postcode).
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Products must not have been altered or fitted in any way.
For hygiene reasons, mattresses are non-returnable if their packaging has been opened or removed.
Damaged or Incomplete Items
Every item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for replacement parts or components to be sent to you. Lead times for replacement parts vary depending on the product, but typically range between 2–14 working days.
Reporting Damage or Missing Parts
If you notice damage or missing parts upon unpacking your item:
Contact us promptly to report the issue.
We will send out replacement parts at no extra charge.
If you choose not to accept replacement parts, the item may still be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.
In cases where a replacement or parts cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange free collection and issue a full refund.
