Please note: Deliveries do not cover the Highlands, Islands, Jersey, Northern Ireland, or other remote regions.

Delivery Zones & Charges
Zone 1 – Free Delivery (within 50 miles of London)
No delivery fee. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Zone 2 – £39 Delivery Fee (50 to 200 miles from London)
Orders typically delivered in 5–7 business days.

Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are made 6 days a week, between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
- We dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
- A delivery slot with date and time will be shared in advance via phone or message.
- Ensure the contact number provided during checkout is correct — missed or delayed deliveries may result from incorrect details.
- Flats with a lift will not be charged extra, regardless of floor.
- If there is no lift, delivery to the 2nd floor or higher will incur a £10 charge per floor, payable directly to the courier.
- A special delivery date request can be accommodated for an additional charge — please contact us before placing your order.
Additional Product Info
- Wardrobes are delivered without LED lighting. If you would like LED lights included, they are available at an extra cost.
- Assembly service is available for an additional charge.
- Only a picture-based assembly manual is included.
For assistance, we can also provide a video tutorial link on request. - You will find the assembly manual inside the wardrobe doors box.
Returns & Damages Policy
- We offer a 30-day return period. However, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
- All items must be returned in original, unused condition and packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have already been assembled or installed.
- Any damages or missing parts must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, the courier or supplier cannot be held responsible.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product size is ordered. ND & JD Furniture is not liable for wrong size orders.
