What if I change my mind after placing an order?

If you've had a change of heart, you may return the item to our designated return address. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for you through our courier service. Please note that collection charges will apply and are calculated based on the item and your delivery location.

What happens if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

There are two situations to consider:
a. Item Received Damaged or Defective
• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to return it for a full refund.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected by our team.

Note: If the item is not returned, we will not be able to process a refund.

b. Damage Caused by Customer
• If an item is damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery, it cannot be returned for a refund.
• However, we can assist by supplying replacement parts at an additional cost, subject to availability.

What if I ordered the wrong item?

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, a refund or exchange may still be possible under the following conditions:
Full Refund Conditions:
• The item must be returned first.
• It must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging.
• If you choose to return the item yourself, no additional charges apply.
• If you prefer us to arrange a collection, courier fees will be applicable based on the item and your location.

Can I exchange my item for a different product?

Yes, we do offer product exchanges. Please review the following conditions:
• The item must be returned in unused and original condition.
• Courier charges will apply for both return and redelivery, based on location and product type.
• If the exchange item is lower in value, the price difference will be refunded.
If the new item is higher in value, you’ll be required to pay the difference.

Will items marked as "Out of Stock" be restocked?

Yes, products currently listed as “Out of Stock” will be restocked. At ND & JD Furniture, we understand how important it is to offer continued access to your favorite pieces. Our team is actively working to replenish inventory as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, and we’re committed to making your desired items available again soon. Will I receive the exact product shown in the pictures?

Yes, you will receive the exact product shown in the images on our website. At ND & JD Furniture, we take pride in providing clear, accurate visuals and descriptions for every item. All product photos are carefully selected to reflect the real appearance, dimensions, and quality of the item you’ll receive. If you have any concerns or would like additional details (like more images or videos), our customer service team will be happy to assist.

Where can I find my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is automatically emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Please check your email inbox for a message from ND & JD Furniture, which will include your order confirmation and receipt.
If you don’t see it right away, try searching your inbox using:

• The product name
• Or the email subject line related to your purchase
